Golden Heart Yoga DC offers professionally trained, certified and nationally-registered instructors, progressive teaching methods and a fully equipped studio. GHYDC is owned and operated by Elizabeth Lloyd and Julie Eisenberg, two long-time neighborhood residents, and we strive to meet the needs of our community. We offer classes at all levels of yoga as well as workshops and teacher trainings.

Our purpose is to encourage the light of awareness to shine within each student through the practice of yoga. We hope to provide a warm and welcoming space, to bring the community together and foster connections. The goal of GHYDC is to create a place of peace, where everyone is welcome and where everyone can benefit.
