Golden Heart Yoga: Best of Annapolis 2006!
SPCA FundraiserGolden Heart Yoga hosted a workshop, “Taming your Dog or Cat”, on December 1 as a fundraiser for the SPCA. All proceeds from the workshop and a percentage of retail sales that evening went to the local SPCA chapter. Attendees had a great time learning and experiencing yoga animal poses and met several animals available for adoption!Christmas Angels and StockingsGolden Heart Yoga, in cooperation with The Salvation Army, collected gifts for more than 25 angels and stockings. Each year the Salvation Army selects families in need to participate in this program. Each angel represents a specific child from one of those families. The stockings are not for specific children, but are filled and distributed by age. We wish to thank our students for participating in the program with us and for bringing joy to these families this holiday season.
